"Ci siamo fermati alla Braceria del Birrificio all’uscita dal cinema, con la voglia di qualcosa di buono e senza fronzoli. Scelta azzeccata. La carne è davvero ottima, cotta alla perfezione: si sente la qualità della materia prima e la passione con cui viene lavorata. Le bombette, disponibili in diverse varianti, sono succolente e saporite, con gusti ben definiti. Abbiamo scelto anche una costata di carne irlandese: prezzo assolutamente giustificato e cottura impeccabile, esattamente come richiesto. Il banco macelleria, ricco e ben fornito, permette di scegliere direttamente cosa mangiare, e questa è sempre una garanzia per chi ama la carne. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, i sapori decisi, senza eccessi inutili. Ottima anche la birra, prodotta direttamente da loro: ampia scelta e abbinamenti riusciti, che completano bene l’esperienza senza sovrastarla. L’ambiente è semplice e caldo, da vera braceria, informale ma accogliente. Una bella novità per gli amanti della carne, soprattutto per la varietà proposta e per la qualità costante. Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo sicuramente."

"Sono stata in questo locale ieri per la prima volta col mio compagno un ambiente molto accogliente il personale cordiale e disponibile e la carne qualcosa di meraviglioso per non parlare delle birre di loro produzione che sicuramente aggiungono qualcosa in piu. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente."
